Richard Watkin | Cranborne House Painting

Dorset artist Richard Watkin paints original vintage inspired locations reminiscent of travel posters of the 1930's with some 50s influences. His paintings often include classic cars and have a retro art deco feel and he has taken inspiration from local tourist attractions and we feel proud to show off his many paintings and cards in our Guest House. We love his paintings of Poole Harbour and Poole Quay because of the history and vibrant colours, but of course, our favourite has to be the painting we commissioned of Cranborne House which you can view in the guest lounge.
